We’re seeking a Client Service Associate to support our Property & Casualty team in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to clients.This role works closely with Account Managers and plays a key part in day-to-day account servicing, documentation, and operational support.

Responsibilities:
Client Service Support

Assist Account Managers with client files, certificates, ID cards, and service materials

Respond to internal and client requests in a timely and professional manner

Support daily servicing needs to maintain strong client relationships
Operational Support

Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems
-
Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) and pre-employment screening requests

Assist with claims tracking and related reporting
Team & Office Support

Provide backup support for phones and front desk when needed

Participate in training and team development sessions
Qualifications:
Required
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
Preferred
-
Experience in customer service, administrative, or insurance-related roles
-
Familiarity with systems such as AMS360
Additional Information:
Compensation:
Salary range: $43,000 – $55,000 per year, based on experience.

Work Model:
This role is Hybrid (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
