Client Service & Communication Executive

Bubbles Car Care is a professional car detailing company driven by excellence and customer experience. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage customer queries, appointments, and follow-ups while ensuring smooth coordination with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
• Conduct follow-up calls and messages to strengthen customer engagement.
• Make proactive calls for periodic vehicle maintenance reminders.
• Maintain appointment calendar and customer history.
• Collaborate with operations for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English & Urdu.
• Experience in customer service/client coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Calendar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month
