We are now looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our Karachi office and fuel our growth by connecting with ad agencies and brands across Pakistan.

Role Overview:

As a Business Growth Manager, your primary role will be to identify, engage, and close business opportunities with advertising agencies, creative houses, and brand marketing teams. You will be the face of our AI-powered ad tech solutions, building long-term relationships and consistently generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to target ad agencies and brand marketers in Pakistan (primarily Karachi).
• Pitch our AI-generated video ad services and demonstrate how they can enhance brand storytelling and reduce production costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (brand managers, media planners, creative directors, etc.).
• Identify business opportunities, set meetings, present proposals, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Represent the agency at networking events, pitch meetings, and industry gatherings.
• Track performance and provide regular reports on leads, pipeline, and conversions.
• Stay updated on AI trends in advertising to confidently educate prospects and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within an ad agency, digital media company, or production house.
• Strong existing network of contacts in advertising agencies and brand marketing teams.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of digital content, video ads, and the evolving media landscape.
• Passionate about technology and AI-driven creativity.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
