An IT consulting company based in North America is currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator/ Dispatcher in Pakistan to Work from Home for part-time. The candidate Should have strong communication skills in English and a basic level of computer literacy with good keyboard skills are required in order to provide outstanding support services to clients via phone, chat, and email.
Applicant must also have a backup for power failure issues & permanent and fast internet connection. Please keep in mind that your working hour will be evening or nighttime in Pakistan. If interested please send your resume.

Responsiblities include:-

  • Scheduling and dispatching Field engineers to appropriate locations according to schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
  • Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from co workers, field people, supervisors.
  • Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment.

Skills & Qualifications :-

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
  • Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes , ETAs, and Timely follow ups.
  • Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
  • Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
  • Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
  • Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment

Timings for this position is 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pakistan time. 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs28,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
