Position overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic client service manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth coordination of projects from briefing to execution.

Both experienced professionals and freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for advertising are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project execution
• Collaborate with creative, production, and retail execution teams
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports
• Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Eligibility criteria

For experienced candidates:

• 2–8 years of experience in advertising, branding, retail design, or client servicing
• Strong project coordination and communication skills

For freshers:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the advertising industry
