Client Services

Seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to manage key accounts and drive telesales while ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

*Manage client accounts and conduct telesales

*Handle quotations, pricing, and order processing

*Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics

*Support marketing materials (menus, posters)

*Follow up on payments and prepare reports

*Actively generate sales through outbound and inbound calls

*Promote products, offers, and new launches to existing and potential clients

Requirements:

2–3+ years’ experience in client servicing/telesales

ERP & MS Excel knowledge

Strong communication skills; English required (Arabic a plus)
