As a Client Services Advisor of our Client Services Centre, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.
Your daily tasks will be to: - Ensure the daily operations of the Call Center is smooth and align with the company's business strategy. - Handling clients requests through phone calls, written channels. - Driving sales results by initiating outreaches communications with clients. - Take lead and ownership in delivering a luxury and customer centric experience. - Contribute and assist to achieve all sales & KPI targets. - Develop relationships with clients by handling guests' expectations and needs effectively and efficiently, including problem resolutions. - Work closely with Stores to enhance client's requests.
- At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail, contact centers. - Able to thrive in a call center environment with strong passions and commitment. - Demonstrate Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility & Commercial Mindset. - Good interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English and Arabic mandatory. - Good computer literacy.
