This role ensures seamless post-sale customer service and efficient collection management, covering the full journey from Sales Confirmation to the completion of all purchase-related obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients after Sales Confirmation until full completion of purchase obligations.
- Issue Reservation Forms, track required documents, and support clients with onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Projects, Legal) to ensure smooth post-sale operations.
- Manage payment schedules, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collection of installments.
- Communicate with clients regarding upcoming payments, send reminders, and issue receipts.
- Handle customer inquiries related to payment plans, contracts, and property documentation.
- Assist in preparation and issuance of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA) when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payments, and documentation in CRM systems.
- Escalate and follow up on overdue accounts while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Support handover process by ensuring all financial and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Prepare periodic reports on collections, outstanding balances, and client servicing KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and collection efficiency.
- Manage Sales registration process in the Dubai Land Department (DLD) system, including submission of required documents, payment of fees, and coordination with clients for smooth transitions.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients inside or outside the office to address service, payment, or documentation matters.
- Coordinate and liaise with multiple real estate agents representing clients, ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and payment follow-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client services, collections, or customer relations (preferably in real estate/developer sector in the UAE).
- Strong knowledge of post-sale property processes including SPAs, payment plans, and handover procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (any additional language will be an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive client issues with professionalism and discretion.
