Client Services Associate

Compensation: $35,000 – $45,000 based on experience

About Our Firm

We are a growing CPA firm in Wake Forest, NC, providing tax, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and businesses. Our firm values professionalism, teamwork, strong communication, and creating a welcoming and responsive experience for our clients.

We are seeking a dependable and personable Client Services Assistant to serve as one of the first points of contact for clients both in person and over the phone.

The Opportunity

This role is focused on front desk reception, answering and directing phone calls, assisting clients, and helping support day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, friendly, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This position plays an important role in helping clients feel welcomed and supported while helping the office run smoothly day-to-day.

This position reports directly to the firm’s Office Manager and works closely with administrative staff and team members throughout the office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and documents
  • Assist clients with document drop-offs and pickups
  • Maintain front desk and reception areas
  • Route client questions and requests to appropriate team members
  • Assist staff with general administrative and office support tasks
  • Help maintain smooth communication throughout the office

QualificationsRequired

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
  • Comfortable using phones, email, and basic office software

Preferred

  • Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
  • Experience in a CPA firm, law firm, medical office, or other professional services environment
