About the role
We’re hiring a Client Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional client experiences, support account teams, and ensure smooth project delivery. You’ll be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating communications, schedules, and administrative needs.
What you’ll do
- Serve as main client liaison for routine requests, status updates, and scheduling.
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and handoffs between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare client-facing materials: proposals, status reports, invoices, and presentation decks.
- Maintain CRM records, track deliverables, and follow up on action items.
- Assist account managers with onboarding, renewals, and client communications.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues to relevant teams.
- Support billing and basic contract administration tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in client services, account coordination, or customer success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional client manner.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of project management and reporting.
- Problem-solver with a proactive, service-first attitude.
- English required; Arabic a plus. Eligible to work in Qatar.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in agency, consulting, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes and basic contract terms.

Pay: QAR55.00 - QAR70.50 per hour
