Client Services Executive / Assistant Manager Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
• Oversee ongoing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with internal teams i.e. designing, media, and marketing.
• Manage client accounts, resolve queries, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with production & operations teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and multinational clients.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities and explore potential markets for expansion.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
• Providing training, guidance, and support to your teams and co-workers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in advertising.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with advertising workflows.
