We are looking for a
Client Services Manager
who is "over-communicative" (yes, that’s a requirement!), strategically minded, and ready to be the hero our clients didn’t know they needed.
What You’ll Actually Do 🛠️

Be the VIP Point of Contact:
You are the face of the firm for our clients. You’ll dive deep into their culture, business, and "secret sauce" to make sure we find their perfect match.

Strategic Matchmaking:
Lead kickoff calls and regular syncs. You aren't just taking orders; you’re advising founders and hiring leaders on how to win the talent war.

The "Recalibration" Guru:
When a search gets tricky, you don't panic. You partner with clients to pivot, tweak job descriptions, and stay ahead of market trends.

Spot the Opportunity:
Hear a client mention they’re opening a new department next year? That’s your cue! You’ll identify ways we can grow together.

Recruiting Sidekick:
You’ll dance daily with our recruiting team to ensure they have everything they need to crush their goals.
Who You Are 🧐

DMV Local:
You currently reside in
Maryland, DC, or Northern Virginia
. This is non-negotiable—we want to see your face at local client visits and events!

The Proactive Partner:
You don’t wait for an email to hit your inbox. You’re already two steps ahead, preempting questions before they’re asked.

Recruiting/Account Veteran:
You have at least
1 year
of experience in a client-facing or recruiter-facing role. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced
agency
environment, you’re our favorite already.

You love the energy of small-to-medium businesses and know how to speak their language.

You prioritize value creation and generosity. You win when your clients win.
The Perks 💰

The Pay:
$70,000 – $75,000
base +
$20,000 – $25,000
in performance and retention bonuses. (
OTE: $95k - $105k
).

$200/month for health insurance + $50/month for your phone.
