Responsibilities

As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for upholding and enhancing our reputation for outstanding service. Your key duties will include:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the client services team to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and positive work environment.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients and managing escalated service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall client journey, increase satisfaction, and promote client retention.
* Monitoring team performance, setting clear objectives, and providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure service excellence.
* Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated service delivery process for every client.
* Analysing client feedback and service metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement.
* Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships built on trust, expertise, and a commitment to achieving client goals.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a client services, account management, or relationship management leadership role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
* Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
* A deep-seated commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations with a positive and focused attitude.
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other standard business software.
