Job Purpose:

Works as a primary point of contact in supporting the company's clients and improving the relationships with the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the opening trading accounts, contracts & KYC forms with the clients with ensuring compliance with CMA bylaws.
  • Responsible for AML/CTF related forms checkup.
  • Update client’s information and maintain clients data on accurately on the company's system.
  • Effective Coordinating with the Back Office team for clients (cash/stock) balances & inform overdue clients.
  • Maintain a good and positive relationship with the company's clients.
  • Responding on the client's incoming calls and queries. on a timely manner.
  • Coordinate between client's and other departments, trading, operation and IT support as per business needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or diploma in Business management.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in financial field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal Skills.
  • Time Management.
  • Attention to details.
  • Knowledge in trading operations system (IDS Broker Plus, Vestio) is a plus.
