Job Purpose:
Manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction from briefing to project completion. Serve as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and prepare RFIs for missing details.
  • Coordinate quotations, validate estimates, and follow up to secure POs.
  • Prepare project timelines covering production, shipment, and installation.
  • Oversee technical drawing and artwork approvals with clients and designers.
  • Conduct internal kickoff meetings and ensure production starts with finalized drawings.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and supervise onsite installations.
  • Share weekly project updates and trackers with clients.
  • Coordinate invoicing with Finance and ensure timely project closure.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing or project coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
