Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for an Arabic speaking Client Servicing Executive to handle our clients. Some of client-side team communicates primarily in Arabic, so fluency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day communication with our clients
• Attend client calls and meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Share updates, feedback and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Good command of English
• Prior client servicing or account management experience preferred
• Basic technical or digital knowledge is an added advantage
• Based in Dubai or available during UAE working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
