Job Description:

❖ Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects

(SEO,SMO,PPC)

❖ Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development

❖ Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination

❖ Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers

❖ Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service

❖ Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues

❖ Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project

❖ Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team

❖ Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports

Job Requirement:

❖ 1+ years of exp. must into client servicing into online/digital marketing

❖ College Degree Preferred

❖ Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services

activities

❖ Experience with managing a client account

❖ Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies

❖ Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions

❖ Broad understanding / working knowledge across a broad range of service lines
