Position Summary
We are looking for a new Client Specific Network Intake Advisor. This role is
responsible for providing advanced professional input to an accounts wanting a Client Specific Network and who ultimately hope to implement a Client Specific Network. This role is also responsible for handling updates to existing Client Specific Networks.
Job Responsibilities

Review requests for new Client Specific Networks, as well as requests to modify/change existing Client Specific Networks.

Effectively manage assigned dedicated Client Specific Network accounts to provide successful resolutions to meet client needs that align with our capabilities.

Effectively triage client requests and when appropriate work directly with downstream partners as well as Product and Benefit Advisor Board or Exception Review Committee.

Ensuring all Client Specific Network requests have the appropriate information to move to implementation; this includes demographics, reimbursement, sign off from legal and contracting; plus ensuring the client signs all necessary documentation.

Provide price quotes for new Client Specific Network requests.

For new and prospective clients consult with Sales, NBM and Pre-Sale to understand client strategy and develop recommendations and sales approach in regards to Client Specific Requests.

Advocate constantly to ensure that client, customer and Cigna needs are best met by a solution.

Serve as general subject matter expert to Sales, Pre-Sale, Implementation, Proposal Management, Sales Effectiveness, Underwriting, and Service Operations/Claim to help assess client specific network requests. This includes being able to communicate highly complex topics in a non complex manner.

Influence change to simplify interactions and improve E2E processes. Work with SME’s, functional and matrix partners to continually assess of approved requests for opportunities to implement new standards and eliminate unnecessary submissions.

Responsible for understanding and translating requestor’s (Market/Client/Product/Sales/Vendor) need/intent using operational capabilities & guardrails

Facilitate discussions, occasionally with external parties, to collaborate on the best solution based on requirements and system capabilities

Educate requestors on system limitations and impacts to constituents with client solution

Impact Assessment on client requests, including identifying and engaging matrix partners as necessary

Maintain network artifacts that represent the approved request, including identifying / securing all required documentation and approvals

Develop and maintain formal formalized relationships key operational areas to develop consistent support and participation
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required or health-related field preferred.

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Able to work with limited information and ambiguity

Proven ability to listen, understand, and interpret information from others to combine and reconcile information from a variety of sources

Knowledge of CPF or HCPM is valued, but not required.

Understanding of provider data and networks is highly valued, but not required.

Knowledge of CIGNA's product portfolio (e.g. products, benefits and programs) is helpful and preferred, but not required.

Ability to function in a production based environment is required.

Demonstrated project management skills and success.

Demonstrated level of technical expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Technical expertise in Sales Force is helpful, but not required.

Proven ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals.

Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills
