Status Coordinator
Location: Tampa, FL (Lynx, a subsidiary of U.S. Legal Support)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

About the Role
The Status Coordinator at Lynx, a subsidiary of U.S. Legal Support, is responsible for providing accurate and clear status updates, managing critical action and court dates, and assisting with a variety of operational needs, including intake, training, and day-to-day tasks. This role plays a critical function in updating, editing, and clarifying status information from servers and relaying it to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, edit, and clarify status updates from servers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Monitor and track important dates such as action dates, court dates, and unreviewed comments to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provide clients with clear status updates, recommend additional services as appropriate, and follow up on pending jobs.

  • Assist with intake and training processes, leveraging prior experience as a Service Coordinator in local, statewide, and nationwide roles.

  • Support various teams with day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience in a customer service environment is required.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
