Job Overview

We are seeking a confident and target-driven Cold Caller / Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the USA market. The ideal candidate should be skilled in cold calling, lead conversion, and professional communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to USA-based prospects
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Pitch company services professionally and confidently
• Handle objections and follow up consistently
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of proven experience in cold calling or sales for the USA market
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent preferred
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally
• Comfortable working onsite during night shift
