About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products/services. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive engagement and retention.
• Understand client goals and align them with our products/services.
• Monitor client accounts, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, support) to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Proactively handle client issues, feedback, and escalations with professionalism.
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights for clients.
• Contribute to improving client success processes and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering value.
