Job Summary


The Client Success Coordinator plays a vital supporting role within the Client Success Department, assisting the Director of Client Success and Senior Client Success Managers with their day-to-day account management and operational responsibilities. This entry level position is designed for a detail-oriented, proactive individual eager to learn the agency landscape and grow within the client services field.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, a client-first mindset, and a strong willingness to contribute to both internal processes and client-facing initiatives. This is a collaborative role that bridges communication between departments to help ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


Client Support & Communication

  • Assist Senior Client Success Managers in managing day-to-day client communications.
  • Schedule and help prepare agendas, recaps, and reports for client meetings.
  • Document key action items, timelines, and deliverables from meetings and ensure follow-up.
  • Support the maintenance of client records and account documentation in project management systems (e.g., Accelo).

Project Coordination

  • Partner with internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Web Development, and Project Management) to ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and client billing preparation as directed by senior team members.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in the preparation of client performance reports, pulling and organizing data from key analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms).
  • Compile insights and notes for presentation review by Senior Client Success Managers and the Director of Client Success.

Internal Collaboration

  • Facilitate communication between service teams and account leadership to align on client strategy and execution.
  • Help coordinate internal meetings and share updates on account progress or risks.
  • Contribute to process improvement by documenting and sharing team learnings and efficiencies.

Professional Development & Learning

  • Stay informed on current digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Participate in team training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and workshops to expand marketing knowledge.
  • Shadow senior team members to build foundational client management and strategic communication skills.
Requirements:


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, account coordination, or client service role (agency experience a plus).

  • Fast learner who’s eager to grow in digital marketing and client management.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, content strategy, or social media marketing preferred.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, project management tools (Accelo or similar), and analytics platforms is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
