Client Success Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Client Success Executive to join our expanding team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and projects.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions to improve overall satisfaction.
• Prepare and share regular reports, feedback, and updates with clients and management.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services when appropriate.
• Handle and resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer success.
• Prior experience in client servicing or customer support is preferred.

Timing

• Monday to Friday 8:30pm to 5:30am
• Saturday 9pm to 3am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
