Job Overview

Brand Bonjour is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Executive (Only Female) with a strong understanding of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, client satisfaction, and successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams (social media, design, content) to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to clients
• Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Assist in onboarding new clients and setting expectations
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Experience in client handling, account management, or customer success
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, content)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in evening/night shift (6 PM – 2 AM)
• Organized, proactive, and client-oriented approach
