Role Overview

As the Client Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted guide for our partners, building strong relationships, helping them reach their goals, and making sure every step of the journey feels seamless. This role is both strategic and relational, owning client accounts, ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives, and driving meaningful impact for our partners. You’ll be the trusted liaison between partners and our internal teams, guiding strategy, ensuring seamless execution, and continually seeking ways to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Living clients, fostering strong, trust-based partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional service that builds trust, credibility, and long-term client retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest beneficial services or products.
  • Take ownership of account performance, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

Strategic Marketing Partnership

  • Work alongside the Marketing Department to implement and refine marketing strategies tailored to our partners' goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on digital marketing performance and strategy.
  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable reporting that highlights success metrics and areas for improvement.

Project & Task Management

  • Partner with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns, websites, and other client initiatives.
  • Coordinate tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines across internal teams.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings, ensuring agendas are purposeful and follow-ups are completed.

Communication & Reporting

  • Develop weekly status updates in collaboration with marketing and project management.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and productive communication between partners and internal teams.
  • Translate marketing data into partner-friendly reports that demonstrate value and impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project management—preferably within a digital marketing agency or Senior Living context.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, website performance, and Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (experience with ClickUp a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,363.46 - $85,943.09 per year
