Job Title: Client Success Manager (Tele sales)

Location: Dubai

Type: Direct hire -Full time

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Salary: AED 15000 – 18,000

Industry focus: Insurance brokers - Health Insurance

Language: British speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and convert new business across IPMI/SME
• Engage HR, Procurement, and senior leadership as a trusted advisor
• Build tailored, value-led solutions (not generic pitches)
• Stay sharp on market moves, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity

Role emphasis:

High-pace outbound, qualify and book high-value meetings, feed a clean funnel
