The Client Success Operations associate plays a pivotal role in supporting Client Success Partners globally, by managing strategic and tactical non-client-facing activities. This role collaborates across functions to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship package deliverables, driving operational excellence and enhancing client satisfaction at conferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Client Success Partners to execute sponsorship package components, including logos, registrations, product literature, session documentation, session scheduling and booth selection.

  • Build and maintain Exhibitor Portals in the Event Management Platform (Rainfocus) for all conferences, ensuring quality standards and serving as the primary support contact for internal teams.

  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of client communication templates and reporting tools within Rainfocus.

  • Work effectively with stakeholders across exhibitor operations, content, business solutions, registration and marketing to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Maintain expertise in exhibit products and workflows, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve process documentation and reporting capabilities (e.g., Activity Tracker, Dashboards), enabling the Client Success team to proactively expand client relationships.

  • Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, event management, operations, or related field preferred

  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.

  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and Google Workspace; experience with event management platforms is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets, including the ability to create complex trackers, interactive dashboards, and automate processes using formulas, pivot tables and charts.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams and occasional travel, as required.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools and adapt quickly to new processes.
