Client Success Representative

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

Responsibilities

• Review the customer journey, offer solutions, and help clients reach their goals.
• Facilitate team collaboration to ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members for client meetings and problem-solving.
• Train clients on tasks as needed.
• Proactively address potential issues.
• Develop and maintain customer-success strategies and best practices.
• Be the main contact for assigned clients, building trust and identifying opportunities.
• Maintain customer success metrics and data.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
• Fluent in spoken English with no grammar mistakes (accent not required)

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 2-3 years of experience in client success.

Timings

• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Summers)
• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Winters)
