Client Success Representative – B2B

Work Schedule

• On-Site Role
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based contractors and construction companies
• Introduce the company profile and explain our pre-construction estimation services
• Identify client requirements and generate qualified leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate call logs and client data in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion and engagement
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
• Coordinate with sales and estimation teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers/ Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in B2B sales, client success, or outbound calling preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers
• Knowledge of the US construction industry is an added advantage
• Willingness to work in a night shift environment
• Comfortable working in an on-site office setu

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
