The Role:


A technical, client-facing role responsible for owning the full post-sale journey for B2B clients. Spanning onboarding, platform integration, training, technical support, and ongoing account management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting API issues and leading executive business reviews, serving as the primary bridge between clients and our Product team to drive adoption and continuous platform improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Onboarding & Platform Setup: Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new B2B clients. Configure platform environments, set up user accounts, and ensure all system parameters are tailored to each client's regulatory and operational requirements.
  2. Integration & Technical Implementation: Lead API integration and technical implementation efforts with client IT and development teams.
  3. Client Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training sessions to ensure client teams can fully utilize the platform.
  4. Account Management & Retention: Serve as the primary ongoing point of contact for assigned accounts. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to track adoption, satisfaction, and success metrics.
  5. Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues. Diagnose and resolve platform bugs, configuration errors, and integration failures directly.
  6. Product Enhancement & Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between clients and the Product team. Translate client pain points, feature requests, and market needs into actionable product insights.
  7. Post-Sale Sales Support: Support the sales team during late-stage deal cycles by leading technical demos, answering prospect questions on implementation, and building confidence in Dal's delivery capabilities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role (Client Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation) within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills: comfortable working with APIs (REST/SOAP), reading logs, debugging integrations, and navigating cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven experience managing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
