What will you do?-

• Plan and implement content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences
• Act as the main point of contact for clients after the initial onboarding discussions
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
• Design and execute end-to-end content strategies customized to client requirements and objectives
• Create and manage content calendars while overseeing content creation and distribution
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand voice and unified content execution
• Use Excel to track content performance, project timelines, reporting, and data analysis to ensure transparency and timely delivery
• Perform content audits and suggest improvements to enhance overall content effectiveness
• Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize strategies and outcomes
• Stay informed about the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Gather and integrate client feedback to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving expectations

What do we expect from you?-

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience working as a Content Strategist or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of content marketing concepts, frameworks, and execution strategies
• High proficiency in Excel for content tracking, performance analysis, and reporting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Excellent research capabilities with strong analytical thinking
• Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Creative mindset with effective problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
