Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Support & Operations Executive who will support the Founder directly and assist both Support operations and Growth/Marketing activities. This role is critical for smooth daily functioning of the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Support Work

  • Handle client communication via WhatsApp / Telegram / Calls
  • Resolve subscription, renewal & basic service-related queries
  • Share research reports, class updates & announcements
  • Manage Saturday education class coordination (attendance, doubts, follow-ups)
  • Maintain client & subscriber data in Excel / Google Sheets

Founder & Growth Team Support

  • Assist the Founder in daily operational tasks
  • Coordinate with Growth & Marketing Executive for campaigns
  • Help in collecting testimonials, screenshots & client feedback
  • Assist in webinar, class & content execution activities
  • Ensure tasks given by Founder & Growth team are completed on time

Required Skills

  • Good communication in English & Hindi
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  • Organized, disciplined & dependable
  • Cooperative attitude (team player mindset)
  • Willing to learn stock market basics & digital tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,657.89 - ₹15,000.00 per month
