We are seeking a motivated Client Support Specialist to join our onsite Client Services team in Rawalpindi. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working with international clients, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth service delivery through clear communication and coordination.

Role Overview

The Client Support Specialist will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are understood, communicated, and addressed efficiently. The role focuses on client satisfaction, onboarding support, CRM management, and continuous improvement of the client experience.

Candidates with up to 1 year of experience or fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle ongoing communication with international clients through email, calls, and CRM tools
• Understand client needs and assist with timely resolution of requests and concerns
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Support, and Operations
• Support new client onboarding and training activities
• Track and update client information, interactions, and feedback in CRM systems
• Assist in monitoring client engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics
• Document issues, feedback, and service improvements for internal reporting
• Follow best practices for customer service and client relationship management

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• 0–1 year of experience in customer success, customer support, or client-facing roles
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with international clients

Shift Details:

• US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT
• Australia Shift: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM PKT

Salary and Benefits
