About the Role

We are supporting a leading digital platform in their search for an energetic and proactive Junior Trainer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to grow in a client-focused role.

The Trainer will play a key part in ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, trained, and supported to get the most value from their accounts. You’ll work closely with the wider team to drive client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring a smooth adoption of systems and processes.
• Support existing clients with improvement plans to maximise account utilisation.
• Monitor and track client engagement metrics such as utilisation, response rates, and account activity.
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Assist the team by reducing workload on Account Managers and ensuring client needs are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in training and onboarding processes.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in customer service, training, onboarding, or client support .
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional email and communication etiquette.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using reports, systems, and tracking tools.
