Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily flow of the clinic, managing doctor schedules, treatment room availability, and patient wait times.
  • Act as the primary liaison between patients and the medical team, ensuring all inquiries are handled with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage the clinic’s appointment booking system, minimizing gaps and ensuring an efficient patient journey.
  • Coordinate patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processing with high accuracy.
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming reception area, upholding the clinic’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Manage inventory of clinical supplies and retail skincare products, coordinating with vendors for timely replenishment.
  • Support marketing efforts by following up on leads and explaining treatment packages to prospective clients.

Skills and Requirements

  • Operational Coordination: Proven ability to manage a busy reception or front-office environment in a healthcare setting.
  • Patient-Centered Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency is a major advantage for our diverse Doha clientele.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Clinic Management Software (CMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to handle scheduling conflicts or patient concerns with poise and a positive attitude.
  • Cultural Awareness: High levels of professionalism and sensitivity to the local customs and expectations of patients in Qatar.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a clinic coordination, medical reception, or high-end hospitality role.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
