Sculpt & Revive Aesthetic Clinic is a new and exciting aesthetics clinic preparing to open in London. We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Clinic Manager / Clinic Coordinator to play a key role in the successful launch and day-to-day operation of our clinic.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and business operations, and who wants to be part of building a growing clinic from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow.

* Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and front-desk operations.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of patient experience.

* Coordinate with practitioners, therapists, and support staff.

* Assist with clinic opening preparations, operational procedures, and administrative systems.

* Manage patient records while ensuring compliance with GDPR and clinic policies.

* Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and patient retention programs.

* Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare, health & safety, and aesthetic industry regulations.

* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination as the clinic grows.

Qualifications & Experience

* Previous experience as a Clinic Manager, Clinic Coordinator, Practice Manager, Medical Reception Manager, or similar healthcare/aesthetics role.

* Experience in an aesthetics, cosmetic, beauty, wellness, dental, or private healthcare environment is highly preferred.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Experience using clinic management or appointment booking systems.

* Knowledge of GDPR, patient confidentiality, and administrative compliance requirements.

* Ability to work independently and help establish efficient clinic processes.

* Strong sales awareness with the ability to support treatment consultations and patient retention initiatives.
