Employment Duties: To perform high quality cleaning procedures, whilst working in a safe and effective manner. The performance of these duties is under the reasonable direction of the Practice Manager. To ensure that all areas of the practice are regularly cleaned, paying attention to the practice policy in respect of cross infection and Health and Safety. Use a range of cleaning items and products.
Key Tasks: To clean all areas of the practice, including all patient areas, such as bathroom, waiting room and reception, all staff areas, such as bathroom and staff room/kitchen, all surgeries, as well as the stairs and walkways to a high standard.
Clean down sides and work surfaces in reception, waiting room and staff room/kitchen Mop bathrooms and staff room/kitchen every hour. z
Pay attention to dusting skirting boards and tops of picture frames Empty all bins and clean the surface and the lids of the bins.
Obey all confidentiality and Data Protection guidelines Inform Practice Manager of cleaning stock that needs to be ordered well in advance.
Notify the Practice Manager of any repairs or defects on the premises that require attention.
Providing beverages to all patients. Interacting and greeting all patients that come to the clinic with smile.
Always hold responsibility for all cleaning materials and equipment’s such as Vacuum Cleaners, Mops, Cleaning chemicals, paper towels etc. and not to lend this to any other branch without Manager’s approval.
Inform the Practice Manager/Team Leader immediately in case if any of the cleaning equipment is broken/not working and follow up for replacement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
