Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing medical center. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in an aesthetic or medical wellness clinic and a strong background in business development, team management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase clinic revenue and client retention.
• Supervise front desk, nurses, and medical staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with DHA and local regulatory standards.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Handle client escalations professionally and maintain a premium brand image.
• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and supplier coordination.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and motivate the team toward goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in an aesthetic or medical wellness clinic (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
• In-depth knowledge of clinic workflows, patient care standards, and customer service excellence.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Confident, well-presented, and proactive mindset.
