Job Summary

The Clinic Manager at Remex Medical Centre Clinic is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality patient care, and smooth administrative and clinical workflows. The role combines leadership, operations management, staff supervision, and patient service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols

Staff Management

  • Supervise administrative, nursing, and support staff
  • Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and leave management
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Patient Experience

  • Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service
  • Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection standards

Administrative & Financial Management

  • Oversee appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance processes
  • Monitor clinic expenses, supplies, and inventory
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between doctors, staff, management, and external partners
  • Support medical staff with operational and administrative needs
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and regulatory bodies

Quality Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and patient satisfaction
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinic performance metrics
  • Support implementation of new services, systems, or technologies

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and basic financial systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a medical centre or multi-specialty clinic
  • Knowledge of insurance and billing processes
  • First Aid or healthcare administration certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
