Clinic Manager

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of a premium Medical Aesthetics & Wellness clinic in Dubai. This is a senior management role for a strong operator with proven experience managing clinics with high monthly turnover and working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full control of clinic operations and daily processes
• Management of leads, sales funnel and conversions
• Understanding and optimization of operational & sales systems (CRM, KPIs)
• Acting as the right hand of the owner in operational and business matters
• Coordination of medical and administrative teams
• Ensuring high-level patient experience and revenue performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or similar leadership role in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
• Proven experience managing big turnovers
• Strong understanding of medical aesthetics / wellness clinic operations
• English level B2 or higher (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience working with CRM systems, reporting, KPIs and financial tracking
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
