Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services in a patient-centered approach
- Assumes responsibility for the daily operational needs of the department including supervising staff, monitoring and track attendance by processing timesheets and PTO, and ordering supplies for the clinic
- Develop and implement systems and processes to improve clinic workflow and patient care
- Manage the clinic budget, including financial planning, monitoring expenses, and revenue generation
- Readily and accurately identifies opportunities for improvement relating to the delivery of services, quality-of-work life, and patient care issues
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols
- Recruit, interview, train, and supervise clinic staff
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare management
-Consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs, such as reprioritizing work as necessary
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and suppliers, to optimize clinic operations
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement strategies for improvement
- Build and manage relationships with community partners and professionally represent 417 Sports Medicine & Orthopedics in the community
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental office or medical office management practices
- Experience in practice management or healthcare management
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Understanding of clinic operations and healthcare regulations
- Assists the owner in managing an effective, comprehensive performance improvement process, that is outcome driven and establishes a culture of excellence in quality and service for our patients and staff
