The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the healthcare or homecare center, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with organizational policies. The role involves managing administrative, clinical, and operational activities to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overall operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow
* Responsible for driving revenue growth while managing costs to meet P&L targets.
* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing and support staff performance
* Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards
* Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare
regulations
* Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
* Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and center resources
* Prepare and monitor center budgets, expenses, and operational reports
* Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and ensure safety protocols are followed
* Coordinate training, educational programs, and staff development activities
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all center activities
* Promote effective communication within the team and with patients
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or homecare management
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic healthcare management software
Education & Certification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
* Relevant management or leadership certification is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
* Fast-paced healthcare or homecare setting
* Ability to supervise staff, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR11,999.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
