Job Summary:

The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the healthcare or homecare center, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with organizational policies. The role involves managing administrative, clinical, and operational activities to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage overall operations of the center including staffing, scheduling, and

workflow

 Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing and support staff performance

 Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical

standards

 Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare

regulations

 Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

 Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and center resources

 Prepare and monitor center budgets, expenses, and operational reports

 Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and ensure safety protocols are

followed

 Coordinate training, educational programs, and staff development activities

 Maintain accurate records and documentation for all center activities

 Promote effective communication within the team and with patients

Experience & Skills:

 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or homecare management

 Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to manage a team and work under pressure

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic healthcare management software

Education & Certification:

 Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field

 Relevant management or leadership certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR15,000.00 per month
