Service Incharge

We are looking_ Service Incharge – MEWPs to join our company in Doha, Qatar_.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform expert level troubleshooting, repair, preventive & regular maintenance on all types of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs), including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hydraulic, mechanical and electrical system faults.
• Guide and support junior technicians by giving hands-on help and sharing technical knowledge.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and engineering drawings to support accurate repairs.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Liaise with customers in a professional manner, providing clear explanations of technical issues and recommended solutions.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and meets the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer or Senior Service Engineer specifically with Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs).
• Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with major equipment brands such as Haulotte, JLG, Genie, Komatsu, Palazzani and Bobcat.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

- Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Effective communication and reporting skills in English.

- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to provide guidance and technical advice to team members.

- A valid Qatar Driving License is highly preferred.
