Technical Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Engineer with 5+ years’ experience in fit-out and exhibition projects, who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review IFC drawings and prepare shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documents
• Coordinate with design, site, and subcontractor teams
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve construction issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for approvals
• Ensure works meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in fit-out and exhibition projects
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD / Revit is a plus
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Available to join immediately
