- Operational Oversight: Ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, managing appointments, records, and ensuring proper functioning of all areas.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and fostering teamwork among doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Financial Management: Budgeting, expense control, billing oversight, inventory management (ordering supplies, equipment maintenance).
- Patient Care & Satisfaction: Developing procedures for optimal care, handling complaints, ensuring high service standards, and liaising with patients about treatment plans.
- Compliance & Quality: Implementing healthcare policies, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, regulations, and standards, and conducting quality audits.
- Communication: Serving as a link between staff, patients, and management, addressing issues, and managing internal/external queries.
