Clinic Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical center and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow
• Lead and supervise staff across reception, nursing, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with DHA & DOH regulations, policies, and quality standards
• Monitor schedules, productivity, and overall clinic performance
• Coordinate with doctors, management, and vendors for operational needs
• Handle patient concerns, service recovery, and overall satisfaction
• Oversee inventory, maintenance, and general facility readiness
• Prepare basic operational reports and support management with KPIs

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Clinic Manager / Assistant Manager in UAE healthcare
• Strong understanding of Medical guidelines and clinic operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good administrative and organizational skills
