Clinic Manager
 to oversee daily operations, lead our team, ensure operational efficiency, drive revenue growth, and maintain outstanding service standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in aesthetic or healthcare clinic management, passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations.

Ensure smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and administrative staff.

Maintain clinic schedules, appointments, and workflow efficiency.

Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply management.

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
2. Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff.

Conduct performance evaluations.

Manage staff schedules and attendance.
-
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and professional standards.
-
Handle internal conflicts and disciplinary matters.
3. Financial & Business Management
-
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
-
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
-
Oversee billing, insurance processing, and payment collections.
-
Control operational costs and improve efficiency.
-
Prepare financial and performance reports for management.
4. Regulatory & Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations (DHA / MOH).

Maintain valid clinic licenses and staff credentials.
-
Ensure proper documentation and patient record management.
-
Implement data protection and confidentiality policies.
5. Patient Experience & Service Quality

Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Monitor online reputation and reviews.
-
Implement service improvement initiatives.
6. Marketing & Business Development

Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

Support social media and brand visibility initiatives.
-
Develop strategies to increase patient acquisition and retention.

Monitor competitors and market trends.
7. Reporting

Submit monthly performance reports.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management.
