About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic/Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Healthcare Center and in-house Pharmacy in Abu Dhabi. The role is critical in ensuring DOH compliance, operational efficiency, financial discipline, and seamless coordination between clinical, pharmacy, and administrative teams.

This position requires a hands-on leader with strong healthcare operations experience—not just administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic & Pharmacy Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the healthcare center and pharmacy
  • Implement and monitor SOPs across clinical, admin, and pharmacy functions
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and pharmacy service delivery
  • Coordinate between doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and admin teams

Regulatory & Compliance (DOH Abu Dhabi)

  • Ensure full compliance with DOH regulations and inspection readiness
  • Manage licensing, documentation, audits, and corrective action plans
  • Maintain operational policies, SOPs, and compliance records

Financial & Insurance Oversight

  • Monitor operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Oversee insurance claims coordination and rejection reduction
  • Support revenue optimization without compromising clinical integrity

People Management

  • Supervise administrative and operational staff
  • Manage rosters, attendance, performance reviews, and training
  • Foster accountability, discipline, and teamwork

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers, service vendors, insurers, and regulators
  • Ensure timely procurement and inventory availability

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations and Insurance Empanelment Processes
  • Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy software, ERP Systems, inventory management tools
  • Experience overseeing clinic and pharmacy operations preferred
  • Strong operational, financial, multitasking and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in healthcare systems, EMRs, and reporting tools
  • Ability to analyze date and implement performance improvements
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, compliance, and licensing processes
