Clinic Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Supervisor to manage daily clinic operations, supervise medical and administrative teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations
Coordinate doctors and staff schedules
Monitor patient flow and handle complaints
Ensure compliance with DOH and ADHICS
Supervise reception and billing activities

Requirements
3 to 5 years experience in a clinic or medical center
Proven supervisory experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
